MEXBUS TICKET PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Ticket Pricing

1.1 Monday – Thursday: 250,000 VND/person/way

1.2 Friday – Sunday: 300,000 VND/person/way

Prices include VAT.

2. Children & Special Discounts

• 11 years and older: 100% fare.
• 2 to 11 years old: 70% fare.
• People with disabilities: 50% fare.
• Children under 2 years (sitting on an adult’s lap): free.

3. Change & Reschedule Policy

• Unlimited changes allowed.
• Free same-day changes.
• Free if changed at least 3 hours before departure.
• 30% fee if changed within 3 hours before departure.
• Second change: 30% fee.
• For 4+ tickets, notify at least 24 hours in advance.
• During holidays: 30% reschedule fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before departure: free.
• 24–2 hours before departure: 10% fee.
• Less than 2 hours before departure: 30% fee.

Refund Method: Refunds (after deducting cancellation and transaction fees, if any) will be processed via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Promotional Tickets

Promotional or discounted tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, but can be rescheduled if seats are available.
